Care2.com has registered users from all over the world and provides its members with the opportunity to connect with like-minded people in their area. I was able to log on and find others who are concerned about the environment in my hometown in just a matter of minutes. I am able to take part in discussions, join a group, and make friends. I can also share photos and plan events for my area. In addition, there’s a fun page with unique E-cards to send to a friends and family.

Care2’s News Network keeps me informed and up-to-date on environmental and other related issues. I love being able to find the latest environmental news all in one place.
Find Healthy Living Articles and Natural Recipes
This is my favorite section on the site. I’ve been using Care2.com since someone in the natural parenting email group recommended it more than 3 years ago. Here I can find recipes for dinner as well as recipes for face cream and nontoxic cleansers! Information on nontoxic pest control and gardening are also included in the Healthy Living section. Numerous articles on natural pet care can be found here too.
Locate Eco-Friendly Products and Businesses
Care2’s shopping section includes Co-op America’s “National Green Pages” site which helps me locate green businesses in my area. I especially like some of the original products sold by Care2.com that promote various causes related to natural living. The t-shirts are really cute!
Receive Informative Newsletters At Care2.com, I have signed up to receive environmental action alerts as well as tips for natural living.
Donate or Sign a Petition
I like that I can find information about donating to reputable organizations on Care2.com. I can also play an active role in causes I care about by signing petitions that will hopefully bring about change in the future.
